‘Billions’ Star Asia Kate Dillon Seeks Customer Service Work as Acting Opportunities Have “All But Diminished”

Actor Asia Kate Dillon is seeking part-time customer service work after saying acting opportunities have “all but diminished”. Their post highlights the financial uncertainty facing performers and, in particular, the reduced work available to trans, nonbinary and gender nonconforming actors.

Dillon, 41, said they began working in food service at 15 and continued in customer service alongside acting until 2015, when acting became their sole income. After 11 years working in theatre, film and television, they are available for evening and weekend shifts and say they enjoy creating welcoming spaces. Dillon is best known as Taylor Mason in *Billions* and appeared in the 2025 film *Outerlands*.
