Bon Iver have announced a 10th anniversary edition of their 2016 album 22, A Million, arriving on 20 November via Jagjaguwar Records. The reissue celebrates the experimental project album's significance as a landmark release from Justin Vernon's musical evolution, featuring newly designed packaging and previously unseen documentation of the creative process.

The anniversary edition comes in multiple formats: the CD version features a 12-panel "inverted cross" package with new artwork, whilst the LP edition includes frosted silver vinyl, alternative cover artwork, the original 28-page lyric booklet in silver inks, and a new 12-page full-colour inlay booklet. The supplementary booklet documents the album's making, explores its symbolism through previously unseen artwork, and includes an essay by visual artist Eric Timothy Carlson. The original album was primarily recorded at Vernon's April Base studio in Wisconsin, with additional tracking completed in London and near Lisbon.
