‘Boston Blue’ Officially Brings Back a Major ‘Blue Bloods’ Star Tonight

Will Estes returns as Jamie Reagan in Boston Blue’s fifth episode, reuniting him with his Blue Bloods brother Danny, played by Donnie Wahlberg. Jamie’s visit draws the pair into a diamond heist connected to a violent family feud, while also bringing unresolved tensions between the brothers back into focus.

The episode, “Blood Diamonds”, is part of the CBS spin-off that follows Danny’s move to the Boston Police Department after Blue Bloods ended its 14-season run in December 2024. Other storylines involve Mae handling a fatal swatting case, Lena investigating suspicious deaths, and Sarah and Seth facing a wedding-planning hurdle. The episode is scheduled for 10 p.m. ET/PT on 6 November, with a next-day on-demand release on Paramount+.
