Chanel Pysnik Departing As Head Of Nonfiction For Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s Archewell Prods.

Chanel Pysnik is leaving Archewell Productions after five and a half years as its head of nonfiction, film and television. Her departure marks a change for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s production company, which has developed a slate of documentary and unscripted projects during its Netflix partnership.

Pysnik joined in May 2021 and executive-produced projects including Harry & Meghan, Netflix’s most-viewed documentary premiere, and With Love, Meghan, which received a Daytime Emmy nomination. She also worked on Cookie Queens, which premiered at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival, and series including Heart of Invictus, Polo and Live to Lead. No replacement has been named, and Pysnik has not disclosed her next plans.
