Looksmaxxing influencer Clavicular has posted videos suggesting that someone involved in rape and drugging allegations is motivated by money. The posts come after prosecutors in Massachusetts charged him with rape, drugging someone for sexual intercourse and providing alcohol to a person under 21; he denies the allegations.

The charges were filed on 8 September over alleged offences on 23 May 2025, with an arraignment scheduled for 14 October. Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, is not in custody and his representative said he had not been physically served; reports have linked the case to a civil lawsuit by 18-year-old influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who has accused him of battery, fraud and sexual misconduct.
