Clicks will begin shipping its BlackBerry-inspired Communicator smartphone in December, almost a year after its CES 2026 unveiling. The device targets users seeking a secondary phone focused on messaging and calls, rather than a flagship designed for intensive app use or constant scrolling.

The final model upgrades RAM from 8GB to 12GB and battery capacity from 4,000mAh to 4,350mAh, while running Android 17 with support through Android 20 and five years of security updates. It has a 4.03-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, physical touch-sensitive keyboard, MediaTek Dimensity 8300 processor, 256GB storage, microSD expansion and 3.5mm headphone jack; reservations cost $499 until 1 October, when the price rises to $649.
