COD MW4 Multiplayer: Best meta Mosin-Nagant build

The Mosin-Nagant is presented as a strong marksman rifle choice in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 multiplayer, particularly for players who want a quicker alternative to a sniper rifle. Its fast aiming and relatively swift bolt-action fire make it useful on small maps and in longer-range fights, where it can challenge sniper users.

The recommended build prioritises accuracy and mobility while making only a slight sacrifice to handling. The rifle can down an opponent with two body shots or one well-placed headshot; an optic is advised, ideally with at least 3× magnification, and the Cronen R808 can be replaced with another preferred optic. The article describes it as a current community meta weapon, while noting that its standing may change.
