Coleen and Wayne Rooney have given viewers a glimpse into their luxury holiday home in Barbados through an episode of their new Disney+ docuseries, The Real Rooneys. The five-bedroom villa, which the couple purchased in 2010 for £5 million and now use alongside their Cheshire mansion, has doubled in value and generates significant rental income when the family is not in residence. The property showcase provides insight into how the couple unwind with their four sons during annual summer and winter getaways.

The villa is situated in the exclusive Royal Westmoreland estate on the Caribbean island—a 750-acre resort known as the 'Northern Quarter' due to its popularity with northern celebrities. The property is valued at approximately £10 million and rents for £25,000 per week. In addition to the main five-bedroom residence, the compound includes a two-bedroom cottage, an infinity pool, sea views, and neighbours including Freddie Flintoff, Ant & Dec, and Rio Ferdinand. During filming, Wayne arranged a private cocktail-making class whilst their sons enjoyed activities such as riding a golf buggy, demonstrating how the family spends its leisure time at the Caribbean retreat.
