Daft Punk Are (Brick) Builders After All in New Collab With Classic Toy Brand
LEGO and Daft Punk have announced a partnership that will celebrate the creativity and fan communities of both brands through products, content and events. It grew from a fan-made LEGO model of the electronic duo’s pyramid stage, turning a family project into the starting point for an official collaboration.
The model recreates the stage used on Daft Punk’s 2007 Alive tour and was built by a father and son in Luxembourg during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown. Their entry won the 2020 LEGO Ideas Music to Our Ears challenge after gaining 10,000 supporters. LEGO says more partnership details will come in 2027, with further tie-ins planned across music, culture and creative spaces.
