In her reply, she denied being pregnant and accused Prescott of repeatedly cheating on her during their relationship, which ended weeks before their planned wedding. Ramos and Prescott share two children together.

Ramos stated she was "just very thick, eating again, and happier than I've been in a long time" in her social media comment. She went on to criticise the public for being excessively concerned with her personal life, suggesting they find other ways to spend their time and recommended they seek therapy.
