DAZN is a sports streaming company best known for subscriptions watched by individuals. EverPass Media distributes sports coverage to businesses such as pubs, restaurants and hotels, where customers watch together on venue screens.

Some sports rights are sold separately for commercial venues, so a home streaming subscription may not cover public screenings. EverPass has rights to show NFL Sunday Ticket in venues, as well as a range of other major competitions.

The deal links DAZN’s streaming service with EverPass’s venue network and commercial distribution technology. It also brings investors including RedBird Capital, 32 Equity and TKO Group into DAZN as minority shareholders.
