DORO Is Working On New EP Tentatively Titled ‘Wild At Heart’

Blabbermouth · 4 hours ago

German metal singer Doro Pesch has revealed she is working on a new EP, tentatively titled "Wild At Heart", which she hopes to release around November or December 2026. Speaking to Dawn Osborne of TotalRock at the Maid Of Stone festival in Maidstone, Kent, Pesch explained that touring commitments and summer festival dates mean a full album isn't feasible, making an EP the more practical choice. The announcement continues a busy recent period for the veteran WARLOCK frontwoman, who remains one of the most successful female rock musicians in history.

The EP is already in production, according to Pesch, though further details such as track listing or release date have not been confirmed. It follows last autumn's release of "Warriors Of The Sea" on her own label Rare Diamonds Production, a collection inspired by her sold-out "Metal Queen Metal Cruises", featuring rare studio recordings and live tracks from her 2024/2025 tour. Pesch, who began her career in the 1980s and has sold over ten million albums, was also honoured with a lifetime achievement award in Düsseldorf in March 2025, presented by Scorpions' Klaus Meine.
