Everything announced at Amazon’s October 2026 hardware launch

Amazon used its October 2026 Echo hardware event to unveil several new devices and updates to Alexa Plus. The announcements centre on contrasting approaches to screens, from a large smart display to devices designed without screens.

The new products include the Alexa Photo Frame, which also works as an Alexa speaker; the Echo Time smart alarm clock; a screenless Echo Studio with Home Camera; and a redesigned Echo Dot. Amazon also introduced the Echo Show 16, its latest flagship smart display, with eight woofers and touch access to the full Fire TV experience. The event included updates to Alexa Plus, which became available to everyone in the US in February.
