Former MEGADETH Guitarist JEFF YOUNG Teams Up With Singer KAYLA DIXON And Director MICHAEL SARNA For ‘Mirror In The Sky’ Music Video

Former MEGADETH guitarist Jeff Young has joined singer Kayla Dixon and director Michael Sarna to make “Mirror In The Sky”, an end-credits song for Sarna’s supernatural horror film “Return To Fear”. The collaboration brings together heavy metal and horror, with Young composing the music and playing guitar, while Dixon wrote the lyrics and vocal melody and shares vocal duties with Young.

The film was released in North America on 3 November 2026, and the music video, directed by Sarna, is due to debut online on 19 November. Sarna approached Young after directing a KINGS OF THRASH concert DVD and being impressed by his playing. “Return To Fear” follows a troubled young woman who returns to her childhood home and discovers a family curse linked to an ancient supernatural evil; Young played on MEGADETH’s 1988 album “So Far, So Good… So What!” and left the band in 1989.
