Gay Immigrant Comedy ‘One Baby, Please!’ to Hit OUTtv Next Month as Latest Queer Series From Canada

The six-part comedy *One Baby, Please!* will premiere on OUTtv on 2 November in the US and Canada. Created by and starring Karim Adam Ahmed and Adrian Neblett, it follows a married couple trying to have a child, bringing queer fertility and parenthood to the centre of a comedy series.

Omar is a laid-back Egyptian Canadian and Dieon is his uptight Barbadian Canadian husband; their efforts involve sperm tests, egg donors, friends and surrogacy. The series will also be available through OUTtv in Australia and New Zealand, on several streaming platforms, and on OUTflix in the UK and Ireland. Its launch comes amid a wider run of queer-themed Canadian television, including *Heated Rivalry*, *Sort Of* and *Schitt’s Creek*.
