The image points to support for 4K resolution and 60 frames per second, a significant leap given that Wildlands has so far been limited to 30fps and non-4K rendering, even when played on PS5 via backwards compatibility. Such an upgrade would mark a notable revival for a game that received mixed reviews at launch but built goodwill through sustained post-release content support.

The teased update also references a new mission called "Last Rites," suggesting fresh content alongside the performance boost, though Ubisoft has not yet confirmed any details.
