Grail Names ‘Skateland’ Director Anthony Burns As In-House Creative Producer

Anthony Burns has joined Grail as its in-house creative producer, where he will develop and package original film and television projects. The appointment brings an experienced filmmaker into the Florida and Los Angeles-based company as it expands its work across entertainment and technology.

Burns made his feature directing debut with *Skateland*, which premiered at Sundance in 2010 and also screened at SXSW. His credits include directing *Home Sweet Hell* and producing *Monica*, *Jimi: All Is by My Side* and *Green Is Gold*; he also recently served as showrunner on *José vs. Mourinho*, a Grail project with Coca-Cola and Goal for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Grail, founded by filmmaker Davide Bianca and producer Jeff Krelitz, works across film, television, advertising, gaming, animation, immersive media and AI, and is developing an AI-powered production environment called Grail+Forge.
