Nintendo has announced that Splatoon 3’s Summer Nights Splatfest will return from 22 to 24 August, giving players another limited-time competitive event. The announcement matters because it confirms continued seasonal support for the game despite attention shifting towards Splatoon Raiders.

Players will choose between Palace, Theme Park and Beach in response to the question, “Which would you reserve for a day?”. The event begins at 1am BST in the UK and Ireland on 22 August, with voting expected to open around a week beforehand; it repeats a previous Splatfest theme.
