A 16-year-old boy was killed and his 13-year-old sister injured when they were struck by a blue sedan while walking with their mother in Los Angeles. The driver and passenger reportedly fled, while a witness said one man briefly returned to remove a baby from the car and claimed he “didn’t care” about the collision.
