How Cher Honors Costume Designer Bob Mackie in New Campaign for Moncler’s Re/Icons Collection

The Hollywood Reporter ·

Moncler has launched its Re/Icons collection with a campaign starring Cher, Grace Jones and Jennie of Blackpink. The collection revisits designs from the brand’s archives, while the campaign presents the three performers as pioneers and draws on historic photographs of French climber and early Moncler collaborator Lionel Terray.

Photographed and directed by Gabriel Moses, the campaign includes individual films and stills for each star. Cher wears two jackets from the collection and a yellow scarf that pays tribute to a Bob Mackie scarf dress she wore on *The Cher Show*; she playfully tugs at it in the film. The tribute follows Mackie’s death at 87 a little over a month earlier, and the collection is available at selected Moncler shops and online.
