Feebas can be recruited in Pokopia by creating its Exciting Beach Habitat, but the required items are tied to the limited-time Fetching Scales for Feebas event. Players must exchange Prism Scales with Feebas at any rebuilt Pokémon Center to unlock the habitat assets; after the event, Feebas can be found outside a centre and guided to the completed habitat.

The habitat requires one sand bed and one big swim ring. Feebas is a Water-type helper suited to watering crops, and its stated preferences include water, shiny and glass objects, nature, group activities and sweet flavours; the guide says further details are still being updated.
