In Silent Hill: Townfall, players must restore power to Zoe’s house and investigate a nearby newsagent to unlock a box marked “human organ in transit”. Opening it is important because it provides Zoe’s lanyard and starts the next mission, “Searching for Zoe”.

Players need to collect the organ transplant card, flashlight and AA batteries, then use the flashlight to enter the crawlspace and learn that a prepaid electricity card is sold at Peter’s Newsagent. After retrieving the card while avoiding or confronting the monster inside, they must apply its credit in the crawlspace and read Zoe’s emails. The six-digit code is formed from the first and last three digits of the ET code on the transplant card: 956-133.
