Billboard · 10 hours ago

Osheaga’s 19th edition attracted more than 151,000 people, its second-highest attendance total, underlining the continued growth of one of Canada’s largest music festivals. Two of the three days sold out, with Tate McRae’s Saturday headline set becoming the fastest-selling individual festival day after selling out nearly three weeks early.

McRae’s appearance was her first festival headline performance in Canada and made her the first Canadian Osheaga headliner since 2022. About half the audience came from Quebec, up from roughly 40% last year, while surprise guests Angine de Poitrine and rising acts including Stella Lefty and Malcolm Todd added momentum; returning performers Lorde, Zara Larsson and Wolf Parade also drew substantial crowds.

  • Osheaga drew over 151,000 fans, its second-best attendance figure.
  • Tate McRae drove the festival’s fastest-ever day sell-out.
  • Quebec audiences and returning artists strengthened the local festival atmosphere.
