Marvel has stayed close to the comics' visual template, giving Doom his familiar emerald robes over silver medieval-style armour and a near-identical mask, with an added chest plate seemingly inspired by Secret Wars artist Esad Ribic. Doom's face beneath the mask remains unseen, consistent with the character's comic-book secrecy, though he did briefly unmask for young Franklin Richards in a post-credits scene from The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
