The official trailer for Jumanji: Open World has been released, confirming that the concluding chapter of the rebooted franchise will arrive in cinemas on 11 December 2026. The film marks a significant shift in premise: rather than characters being pulled into the magical game world, the jungle's supernatural dangers now erupt into the real world, echoing the setting of the original 1995 film whilst retaining the comedic action-adventure style established across the reboot trilogy.

Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Karen Gillan all return for the finale, which caps off a commercially successful run that began with 2017's Welcome to the Jungle and continued with 2019's The Next Level. The reversal of the game-to-reality dynamic is being presented as a deliberate creative departure, offering a fresh narrative twist as the series draws to a close.
