Justin Baldoni Makes Rare Public Appearance on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Following Blake Lively Legal Battle

The Hollywood Reporter ·

Justin Baldoni made a rare public appearance on *Dancing With the Stars*, attending its Super Bowl Night episode with his wife, Emily, and their two daughters. His presence drew attention because he has largely stayed out of public view during a lengthy legal dispute with his *It Ends With Us* co-star Blake Lively.

The family were reportedly invited by co-host Julianne Hough, a longtime friend who appeared in Baldoni’s 2012 docuseries. Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment on set and of participating in a smear campaign; he denied the allegations. A judge dismissed her sexual harassment claims in April, and the parties settled their remaining claims in May before trial. In a July video, Baldoni said they had stayed quiet to let the justice system run its course.
