The Sunday incident saw officers find him unresponsive in the parked vehicle, which was running near an electric-vehicle charging station; he told police a woman had driven him there, but surveillance footage allegedly showed the Mustang arriving without a passenger. Farthing had initially stated he intended to share the £167.3 million prize with his mother.
