Kim Kardashian’s starter home where her Kris Humphries romance played out on camera asks $8.5M

Kim Kardashian’s former Beverly Hills home, where Kris Humphries proposed during “Keeping Up With the Kardashians”, is listed for $8.49 million. The property has been extensively renovated since their 2011 engagement, offering a new look at a house associated with the couple’s brief marriage and Kardashian’s early real estate career.

Kardashian bought the five-bedroom, 4,027-square-foot home in 2010 for $3.4 million and sold it in 2013 for about $3.6 million. It last sold in September 2024 for $5.12 million; the current asking price is roughly 66% higher. The half-acre estate now features contemporary interiors, a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and home theatre.
