Wizards of the Coast has warned that some Magic: The Gathering Reality Fracture Play Boosters may be scarce in North America shortly after the set launches on 2 October 2026. A drought-related backlog at the Panama Canal has delayed a ship carrying the products, continuing a pattern of supply disruptions affecting Magic releases this year.

The company expects prerelease and launch-weekend stock to arrive, but says supplies could run out quickly before replacements reach shops within a few weeks. Collector Boosters, Commander decks, Bundles and other Reality Fracture products remain on schedule; the affected boosters may have been printed in Japan, though Wizards has not confirmed their origin.
