Man Utd eye Man City’s Ait-Nouri – Wednesday’s gossip

Manchester United are reportedly considering an unexpected move for Manchester City left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri, with personal terms said not to be a barrier. The possible transfer stands out because it would involve a direct approach for a player at United’s local rivals.

Other reported transfer and managerial developments include Crystal Palace considering England assistant Anthony Barry if they dismiss Pierre Sage, and Barcelona monitoring Arsenal defender Piero Hincapie. Bayern Munich are tracking Martin Odegaard amid contract uncertainty, while Martin Zubimendi may consider leaving Arsenal in January; Tottenham, meanwhile, are not expected to sell Lucas Bergvall despite interest from Barcelona and Napoli.
