The Metal Hall Of Fame, the non-profit organisation that honours prominent figures in hard rock and heavy metal, has launched an official podcast, premiering its debut episode on 21 July 2026 via its YouTube channel. The series aims to give fans candid, behind-the-scenes conversations with major artists and industry figures, extending the organisation's mission beyond its usual event tours, award galas and performances.

The podcast is hosted by entertainment personality Cathy Rankin alongside Metal Hall Of Fame founder and CEO Pat Gesualdo, and its first episode features former Megadeth bassist David Ellefson and Jimmy Kay, co-founder of The Metal Voice. Topics include the guests' music projects, the story behind honouring former Ozzy Osbourne drummer Lee Kerslake, and discussion of the current music industry; the show is sponsored by Ellefson Coffee Co., Pratt Podcasting, Monster Energy and Danny Wimmer Presents. The Metal Hall Of Fame, founded in 2016 partly in response to a lacklustre Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame moment, has previously honoured acts including Judas Priest, Anthrax and members of Kiss and Iron Maiden, and also runs free music programmes for children with special needs.
