Miley Cyrus has guest-edited a special edition of Wonderland magazine, released on 27 July via select retailers and the Wonderland website. The 33-year-old "Flowers" singer curated the issue with Wonderland's chief creative officer, Alastair McKimm, bringing together a cross-generational line-up of artists and family members who have influenced and supported her career. The project matters as a rare opportunity for Cyrus to shape a major publication around her own creative vision, using the platform to spotlight both established names and rising talent she admires.

Contributors include her godmother Dolly Parton, actress Daryl Hannah, mother Tish Cyrus-Purcell, sister Noah Cyrus, and musicians such as Kelela, Lykke Li, Sky Ferreira, Towa Bird, Suzanne Vega, 070 Shake and Phantogram, among others. The cover was photographed by Mario Sorrenti with styling by McKimm, and the issue includes previously unpublished archive photos by Gray Sorrenti, a conversation with Hannah, and a behind-the-scenes feature on the creation of the Barbie Signature Miley Cyrus doll. Cyrus said the project was "completely driven by desire and inspiration," while McKimm described her as having "a very clear vision for her issue."
