Moonlighter 2 Launches In September, Physical Confirmed For November
Digital Sun's action-RPG sequel Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault will launch digitally on 2nd September, with a physical release confirmed for 13th November on Switch 2, PS5 and PC via publisher Silver Lining. The original 2018 Moonlighter, a Zelda-style roguelite-ish action RPG about a shopkeeper who raids dungeons, became a well-regarded indie hit on the first Switch, and this follow-up sends players to the stranded village of Tresna to rebuild a shop through dungeon-delving and trading.
Both a Standard Edition (€49.99) and a Collector's Edition (€79.99) will be available from Silver Lining's website, with the latter including a collector's box, digital artbook, patches, stickers, a poster, postcards and a metal coin. Pre-orders are open now for both formats, the digital version carries a 10% discount ($3 off its $29.99 price) until launch, and a demo is available for those wanting to try it beforehand.
