Netflix’s 10/10 British Spy Thriller Officially Returns in Less Than 48 Hours

Netflix’s British spy thriller *Black Doves* returns for its second season on 5 November. Created and written by Joe Barton, the series follows assassins Helen and Sam as they navigate dangerous espionage, and its return continues the story of a show that received strong critical reviews.

In the new season, Helen is still passing national secrets to the Black Doves, while her husband Wallace is preparing to become Prime Minister. Sam, grieving his losses, turns to drink and carries out low-level hits. The two are drawn together when someone attempts to frame Helen’s handler, Mrs Reed, putting them at risk as they investigate.
