Jail records show Allen, 34, was booked on two misdemeanour charges: DWI/DUI/OWI-Endanger Person and DWI/DUI/OWI-ACE .08 or More, with the arrest occurring at around 1am local time. A six-time Pro Bowler, Allen spent most of his 11-year NFL career with the Los Angeles Chargers before a spell with the Chicago Bears in 2024 and his move to Indianapolis this year on a $3.3 million contract. He has amassed 1,055 career catches, 12,051 receiving yards and 70 touchdowns, and was set to line up alongside Alec Pierce and Josh Downs as the Colts navigate the 2026 season with Daniel Jones as starting quarterback following his ACL injury.
