Multiple defendants face charges in connection with a multi-state cocaine trafficking operation centered on Penn State University fraternities. Grand jury documents reveal that members of Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi were involved in importing and distributing cocaine across several states, with fourteen individuals charged in the scheme.

According to the charges, pledges within the fraternities were allegedly tasked with processing the imported drugs, cutting and packaging cocaine that originated from supply sources in New York and Philadelphia. The investigation uncovered that participants utilized modern communication platforms, specifically Snapchat and Cash App, to coordinate their illegal drug sales and transactions.
