PlayStation Network is experiencing a widespread outage affecting Sony’s gaming and digital retail services. Players may be unable to sign in, play online, stream games, buy titles or use PlayStation Direct, highlighting the reliance of digital gaming services on network availability.

Sony’s service-status page says all services are affected, including account management, the PlayStation Store and services on PS3, PS4 and PS Vita. The disruption has already delayed the EA Sports FC 26 championship at the Esports World Cup; Sony had not publicly commented or provided a repair timetable at the time of reporting.
