Prime Video Sets Premiere Date For Third & Final Season Of ‘Maxton Hall’
Prime Video has confirmed that the third and final season of its German-language YA drama "Maxton Hall – The World Between Us" will premiere on 9 December, giving fans an early festive treat. The season brings the story to a close, with Harriet Herbig-Matten and Damian Hardung returning as leads Ruby and James, and marks the culmination of one of Prime Video's biggest early young-adult successes, a show that has drawn devoted fans to its filming locations and helped shape the streamer's push into YA originals.
The final season adapts "Save Us", the third novel in Mona Kasten's trilogy, and finds Ruby suspended from the elite Maxton Hall College amid evidence pointing to James's involvement, jeopardising both her Oxford ambitions and their relationship. Fremantle's UFA Fiction produces, with Martin Schreier directing and Markus Brunnemann and Ceylan Yildirim executive producing; Yildirim co-wrote the season with Sandra Stöckmann, Marlene Melchior, Catharina Junk and Aylin Kockler. A wide returning cast includes Sonja Weißer, Eidin Jalali, Ben Felipe, Fedja van Huêt and Runa Greiner, among others.
