Reacher Season 4 has topped Prime Video's charts, reflecting the enduring popularity of a series that blends the cerebral, investigative style of Jason Bourne with the physical, bare-knuckle action associated with Jason Statham. The show, adapted from Lee Child's novels and starring Alan Ritchson as former military police investigator Jack Reacher, has drawn viewers into a plot with higher stakes than previous seasons, contributing to its strong streaming performance.

In the current season, Reacher investigates the suicide of a woman on a subway, uncovering her role as a former Pentagon employee holding sensitive data on a flash drive, which pulls him into a conspiracy spanning Philadelphia and Washington D.C. involving police, the CIA and mercenaries tied to a chemical company. With two episodes remaining after a tense cliffhanger, Prime Video has also confirmed a fifth season adapting Child's 2015 novel "Make Me", while a spin-off series, "Neagley", focusing on Reacher's ally Frances Neagley, is set to launch on 16 September alongside the Season 4 finale.

  • Reacher Season 4 is No. 1 on Prime Video amid rising stakes
  • Season 4 finale nears; two episodes left after major cliffhanger
  • Season 5 to adapt novel "Make Me"; spin-off "Neagley" launches 16 September
