Daily Mail · 2 hours ago

Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank have announced the birth of their baby daughter, born in Lisbon, Portugal. The King and Queen and other members of the Royal Family said they were "delighted" by the news, which was also shared by the couple on Instagram alongside a photo of the newborn.

The baby was born on Monday 3 August 2026 at 6.20pm, weighing 6lb 9oz, and is 15th in line to the throne, pushing her great-uncle the Duke of Edinburgh down to 16th place. She will not hold the title HRH and is the couple's third child, joining brothers August, five, and Ernest, two. She is also the late Queen Elizabeth II's 15th great-grandchild and the fifth grandchild of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, whose friendship with Jeffrey Epstein continues to overshadow the family.
