Radiohead announce long run of 2027 residency shows in Australia and Japan
Radiohead have announced a fresh run of arena shows for 2027, bringing their reunion tour to Australia and Japan for the first time since reforming last year. The 21-date residency follows the band's return to the stage in 2025 for their first live performances since 2018, and comes after guitarist Ed O'Brien confirmed plans to tour a different continent each year with a strict cap of 20 shows.
The dates run from 3 May to 13 June 2027, taking in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney before finishing with five nights at GMO Arena Saitama in Japan. Tickets will only be available to fans who register on Radiohead's official website, with a limit of four tickets per registration to deter bots and scalpers. The announcement follows a UK and European run last year that included a record-breaking stint at London's O2, and fans are now speculating the band could also add Tokyo dates after teasers featuring the group appeared at this year's Summer Sonic festival.
