RIVAL SONS Singer JAY BUCHANAN Announces September/October 2026 ‘Storyteller’ U.S. Tour

Blabbermouth · 3 hours ago

Jay Buchanan, lead singer of Grammy-nominated rock band Rival Sons, has announced a solo "Storyteller" tour of the United States, running through September and October 2026. The intimate acoustic shows follow on from his sold-out European "Weapons Of Beauty" dates earlier in the summer, during which Buchanan embraced performing alone on stage without theatrics, focusing instead on storytelling and direct interaction with audiences.

The tour begins on 11 September in Houston, Texas, and takes in more than 20 dates across venues in states including Tennessee, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Colorado and California, concluding on 18 October in Phoenix, Arizona. It follows the release of Buchanan's "Weapons Of Beauty" album, his tenth collaboration with producer Dave Cobb, and comes amid a run of high-profile collaborations, including an appearance in the "Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere" biopic and work with artists such as Brandi Carlile and Jason Isbell. Tickets go on sale on 14 August 2026 via weaponsofbeauty.com.
