Rupert Grint Sets Next Project: Noiser Audiobook Adaptation of ‘Treasure Island’ (Exclusive)

Rupert Grint will voice every character in a new serialised audiobook adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s *Treasure Island* for the UK podcast network Noiser. The project brings Grint, best known as Ron Weasley in the *Harry Potter* films, to a format that Noiser says is drawing a large audience for classic stories.

Episodes are due weekly from 8 December. The 1883 novel follows Jim Hawkins from a West Country tavern to a dangerous island, where a treasure map and a secretive crew lead him into conflict with Long John Silver. Noiser says its serialised audiobooks receive more than 50 million listens a year; Grint is also due to return to *Harry Potter and the Cursed Child* on Broadway from February to May.
