Sabrina Carpenter Channels Stevie Nicks & This ‘Hairspray’ Character in Dual Halloween Looks

Sabrina Carpenter shared two contrasting Halloween looks on Instagram on 2 November: a tribute to Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks and a group costume inspired by the film Hairspray. The outfits drew attention to the pop star’s playful approach to Halloween and added to a season of celebrity costume tributes.

For the Nicks-inspired look, Carpenter wore a flowing black dress and hat and held a tambourine, echoing the singer’s familiar style. In the Hairspray recreation, Carpenter played Penny, the character portrayed by Amanda Bynes in the 2007 film; Amber Mark dressed as Seaweed and Paloma Sandoval as Tracy Turnblad. Carpenter also wore several costumes during a Halloween concert at Madison Square Garden last year.
