The ABC revival of "Scrubs" has confirmed several cast changes ahead of its second season, which is also the eleventh season of the show overall. Ava Bunn, who played Dr Sam Tosh in the first revival season, has been promoted to series regular, while X Mayo and Joel Kim Booster, who played Nurse Pippa Raymond and Dr Kevin Park respectively, will not be returning. The changes come as the revival prepares to follow J.D., Turk and Elliot in their new roles as senior doctors mentoring the next generation at Sacred Heart.

Original stars Zach Braff, Donald Faison and Sarah Chalke are all coming back, alongside recurring guest appearances from Neil Flynn, John C. McGinley, Judy Reyes and Robert Maschio, with Christa Miller also guesting. New recurring cast members include Vanessa Bayer, Rachel Bilson, Jacob Dudman, David Gridley, Layla Mohammadi, Amanda Morrow and Michael James Scott. The revival has performed well, ranking among the top 25 broadcast shows of the 2025-2026 season according to Nielsen data, with creator Bill Lawrence executive producing alongside Braff, Faison and Chalke, showrunner Aseem Batra, and 20th Television serving as studio.
