Shueisha Launches 100th-Anniversary MANGA MILLION Project With 400 Titles, Including ‘ONE PIECE’ Free in Over 100 Languages
Shueisha has launched MANGA MILLION, a free global digital manga service marking its 100th anniversary. The initiative makes around 400 titles and one million pages available in more than 100 languages, expanding international access to major Japanese manga series without requiring registration.
The service launched on 6 August 2026 and is expected to run until the end of December 2027, with content largely aimed at overseas readers. Its catalogue includes ONE PIECE, NARUTO, BLEACH and Demon Slayer, while roughly 300 works receive their first English translations; from mid-August, about 30 ongoing series will receive new chapters two to three weeks after Japanese publication.
