Sixers fan who had his cup of wine drunk by LeBron James mid-game describes moment with epic quote

LeBron James took a sip of a fan’s red wine during a third-quarter scramble in the Philadelphia 76ers’ home game against the Chicago Bulls. The unusual courtside moment went viral, while the fan, Troy Clemons, treated it as a brief encounter rather than a valuable keepsake.

Asked about the cup, Clemons said James was “another man like me” and that he had thrown it away and got a fresh drink. The 76ers won 126-107; James recorded 15 points, nine assists and seven rebounds in 31 minutes. Philadelphia began the season 7-1, with James, aged 41, settling into a less demanding role.
