Streaming Ratings: ‘From’ Netflix Effects Its Way to Top of the Charts

*From* surged to the top of Nielsen’s US streaming chart after Netflix added its first three seasons, drawing 1.65 billion viewing minutes in the week of 19 to 25 October. It was the biggest weekly total for an acquired series in 2026, showing how Netflix’s release introduced the MGM+ horror and science-fiction series to a much larger audience.

Netflix’s *The Diplomat* ranked second overall with 1.19 billion minutes, up about 21 per cent after its fourth season premiered. Prime Video’s *The Terminal List* returned with 830 million minutes, while *Crystal Lake* reached 790 million and *Nobody Wants This* opened its third season with 725 million. Nielsen’s figures cover US viewing on television sets, not computers or mobile devices; Disney’s *Moana* led the film chart with 579 million minutes.
