Studio Dome Acquires Courtroom Comedy ‘Out of Order!’ Starring Brandon Routh, Brooke Shields, Luis Guzmán Ahead of AFM (EXCLUSIVE)

Studio Dome has acquired worldwide sales and distribution rights to the legal comedy “Out of Order!”, starring Brandon Routh, Brooke Shields and Luis Guzmán. The deal comes ahead of the American Film Market and gives the film an international route to buyers and audiences.

Directed and co-written by Guy Jacobson with Megan Freels Johnston, the film follows a lawyer trying to rebuild his life and win back his girlfriend who takes a case representing both sides. It also stars Sandra Bernhard, Tao Okamoto, Sam Huntington, Krysta Rodriguez, Asher Grodman and Michael Potts. The film recently won four awards at the 2026 Myrtle Beach International Film Festival, including best overall, best feature, best comedy and best actor for Routh, and has received several other US festival honours.
