The 4 best new shows and movies streaming this weekend on Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV and more (November 6-8)

Four streaming releases are highlighted for 6–8 November: returning seasons of *Black Doves*, *Stick* and *The Institute*, plus a new Liam Neeson action film. The recommendations span several services and offer a mix of spy drama, comedy, fantasy thriller and action.

*Black Doves* returns on Netflix, with Helen and Sam searching for Helen’s missing handler; its new cast includes Ambika Mod and Neve Campbell. Apple TV’s *Stick* follows golf prodigy Santi and coach Pryce as their relationship comes under strain, while MGM+’s *The Institute* continues beyond the events covered in its first season. The Neeson film follows a former Special Forces soldier on the run after killing his ex-wife’s abusive boyfriend.
